December 03, 2016 - 1 / 5By MerlinsladyLovely food, shame the service was bad. Order was taken item by item and made item by item instead of written down, paid for, made, and brought to table. I had to wait while each dish was prepared before giving next dish then pay, then I had to ask for a tray and carry said very heavy tray of food down a slippery metal spiral staircase myself, I couldn't even see where I was putting my feet, very hard work. Another person had to to carry down a hot pot of tea and another customer had to help her. Surely you give your order, pay, and when it's ready, it's brought to your table??? Madness.October 09, 2016
